ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER – PREMIUM BARS

PITCHER & PIANO / THE LOST & FOUND / FOUNDRY PROJECT

A fantastic new opportunity to join our Marketing team, as Assistant Brand Manager for three exciting highstreet brands - Pitcher & Piano, Lost & Found and Foundry Project. A unique role, managing the annual marketing plans for 28 premium bars and restaurants across the UK. Our mission is simple; deliver the best cocktail and drinks range, produce quality fresh food, make sure every guest has a great time and ensure every experience is as memorable as the last.

We are looking for a proactive and creative Assistant Marketing Manager who has a passion for marketing and hospitality, to support in delivering our annual plans. This unique role requires both strategic and commercial skills to manage multiple projects at once from start to finish - working alongside our operations, training, food, drinks and digital teams – to drive footfall, sales and profit.

This is a fast paced and varied role working alongside a passionate and hard-working team, playing a pivotal part in continuing the evolution of these iconic and award-winning brands.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support senior marketing managers in the flawless creation and delivery of annual brand & marketing plans to build awareness and drive sales through our key date campaigns and promotional activations
  • Manage projects with digital, creative, PR and social agencies to execute these plans from start to finish
  • Create POS and digital campaigns to support our key date and promotional activations
  • Support Brand Managers with the food and drinks menu development process
  • Manage websites, email campaigns, social media content and influencer campaigns to drive guest awareness, engagement and loyalty
  • Manage day to day tasks including agency briefings, print management, social posts, creating nomination and audit spreadsheets, copywriting and the content approval process
  • Support in delivering events and incentives to drive engagement with our General Managers and their teams

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally for a multi-site branded operator with an understanding of the premium hospitality space
  • Can demonstrate experience of delivering creative and high performing campaigns
  • A passion for marketing, hospitality and food & drink trends - a creative, strategic and analytical marketeer
  • Experience managing digital campaigns and content, with awareness of up and coming digital trends
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask across different brands and projects
  • Ability to engage and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • A team player who can also work efficiently on their own
  • Must be able to travel to the Head Office in Birmingham at least once a week as well as regular visits to our bars and restaurants Nationwide
