As General Manager, you’ll have similar previous experience and be diligent in managing the daily pub operation, from compliance and stock control, to marketing and promoting the business. You’ll ensure your teams knowledge is second to none when it comes to our products, and that service takes place with pride and happiness.
As part of the pub management team, you’ll step up when your General Manager isn’t around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you’ll lead from the front to create moments of joy for your team and guests.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the wider pub management team to ensure smooth running of all shifts. You’ll have similar previous experience or be ready to step up from a Supervisor/ Team Leader position. If you have the determination to drive your development, our Management Training programme will support you to progress into a General Manager role – running your own pub team.
