- Provide exceptional customer service to guests from the point of booking to check-out.
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to make sure every part of the hotel is up to standards.
- Be available to answer calls and queries.
- Be responsible for taking payments.
- Be professional and friendly when interacting with guests.
- Be a team player – on hand to support the wider pub team.

What hours would I need to work?
The nature of our industry means that we are able to offer a range of flexible shifts to suit your needs. Being a 7-day a week business, our reception teams are also required to work weekends so that we can ensure our guests receive a warm welcome every day of the week. Speak to one of our hiring managers for more information & to discuss if this could work for you.
How much can I get paid?
