Head Housekeeper
Having a passion for cleanliness and attention to detail you’ll take great pride in leading the housekeeping team to deliver a high level of standards across our hotel rooms. You and the team will consistently follow company procedures to deliver spotlessly clean hotel rooms that make our guests hotel stay memorable.

As Head Housekeeper, you’ll play a key part in our hotel/ pub management team with previous experience in a similar Head Housekeeper or Cleaning Manager role, or be ready to step up from a Housekeeper position.

Night Porter
As the face of Marston’s Inns after hours, you’ll be the sole point of contact for our guests throughout the night – ensuring their Marston’s hotel stay is a memorable one.

As a Night Porter you’ll have experience or be comfortable working independently on shift throughout the night. With your proactive and positive mindset, you’ll get stuck into your shift duties, ensuring a smooth handover with the daytime team.
Receptionist
As the voice and face of Marston’s Inns, you’ll provide exceptional customer service – with a smile for our guests, from the point of booking/ checking-in, right through to check-out.

How much can I get paid?
We offer weekly pay and our hourly rates are dependent on the role. Please see our job adverts for the pay rates on offer for each role, or chat to our hiring managers for more information.
What hours would I need to work?
The nature of the hospitality industry means that we are able to offer a range of flexible shifts to suit your needs. Being a 7-day a week business, our housekeeping teams are also required to work weekends so that we can ensure our pubs & hotels are clean & sparkly for our guests every day of the week.
