As Head Housekeeper, you’ll play a key part in our hotel/ pub management team with previous experience in a similar Head Housekeeper or Cleaning Manager role, or be ready to step up from a Housekeeper position.

As a Night Porter you’ll have experience or be comfortable working independently on shift throughout the night. With your proactive and positive mindset, you’ll get stuck into your shift duties, ensuring a smooth handover with the daytime team.

As the voice and face of Marston’s Inns, you’ll provide exceptional customer service – with a smile for our guests, from the point of booking/ checking-in, right through to check-out.

We offer weekly pay and our hourly rates are dependent on the role. Please see our job adverts for the pay rates on offer for each role, or chat to our hiring managers for more information.

The nature of the hospitality industry means that we are able to offer a range of flexible shifts to suit your needs. Being a 7-day a week business, our housekeeping teams are also required to work weekends so that we can ensure our pubs & hotels are clean & sparkly for our guests every day of the week.
